How to connect to free wifi

Accessing a Joister wifi (formerly Joispot) hotspot is easy. You just need your Joister ID, password and a WiFi enabled device. if you haven't done so already, You'll just need to register the first time you connect.


Find a

Just head for one of our 700+ wifi hotspot. Make sure your device's wifi is switched on.



Look at the list of available networks in your wifi settings. Click Joispot from the list.



Open your browser, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the registration.



We'll text you a unique code. Enter code to connect to our free wifi when you're out and about.

If you have an Apple or Android device, the app will automatically connect you when you're in range of a hotspot, helping you save mobile data.
